Overcoming Negative Thinking & Embracing Positive Thoughts

Pune Chapter Member - Rohini Dhage curated and conducted a session on Overcoming Negative Thinking and Embracing Positive Thoughts. The session focused on ways to deal with negative thoughts and replace them. The inmates were eager to learn the strategies and techniques to deal with negativity and overcome their addictions. 

At the end of the session, the participants gained an understanding of the consequences of negative thinking on one's personal life and the importance of replacing them with positive thoughts & their application in daily lives to ensure a positive mindset & overall well-being.
