Submission Requirements:
  1. 1. Detailed Documentation:
    • Client and Assignment Details: An Excel sheet listing the names of clients, brief descriptions of assignments (training/consultation), the number of hours worked, and the fees received. This data should be organized chronologically for the year under consideration.
    • Proof of Revenue Earned:
      • Copies of bank statements or wallet account summaries showing revenue credits for professional assignments handled throughout the year.
      • Invoices raised with proper GST numbers and receipts issued to clients for payments received.
      • Confirmation letters from clients verifying the availed services and payment of professional fees.
  2. 2. Supporting Evidence:
    • Photographic Evidence: Photographs capturing the training or consultation process.
    • Testimonials: Written testimonials from clients that highlight the impact and quality of the services provided.

IMPA Leadership Award for Business Excellence – DEBUT – Metro & Non-Metro

The IMPA Leadership Award for Business Excellence – DEBUT is an accolade designed to recognize and celebrate newly certified consultants in the Image Management and Soft Skills field. This award honours those who have achieved the highest business revenue through paid professional assignments during their initial 24 months of certification. The award is presented separately for Metro and Non-Metro Chapters, acknowledging the unique challenges and successes in different geographic areas.

Eligibility for Nomination:
  1. 1. Certified Membership:
    • Nominees must have been certified members of IMPA for the 24 months preceding the month of nomination for the award.
  2. Professional Work Hours:
    • Nominees must have completed a minimum of 80 hours of paid professional service during the preceding year(s).

Eligibility for Nomination:
  1. Certified Membership:
    • Nominees must be certified members of IMPA at Level 2 or above.
  2. Professional Work Hours:
    • Nominees must have completed a minimum of 300 hours of paid professional work during the year.
  3. Performance Excellence:
    • Demonstrated all-around excellence in performance, in alignment with the areas specified under the CLC framework.
  4. International Work:
    • Nominees must have undertaken paid work overseas, catering to individuals, corporations, or institutions.

Eligibility for Nomination:
  1. Certified Membership:
    • Nominees must be certified members of IMPA.
  2. Social Impact Contributions:
    • CSR Activities:
      • Active participation or leadership in CSR activities that aid underprivileged groups, including women, children, the disabled, and economically disadvantaged individuals, through image-related training.
    • Corporate Tie-ups
      • Facilitating long-term CSR projects by securing training assignments through partnerships with corporations.
    • Public Service Training
      • Conducting training initiatives benefiting public segments, such as policemen, drivers, public transport workers, and small business owners, impacting groups of at least 30 to 50 individuals.
  3. Documentation and Proof of Impact
    • An Excel sheet detailing the CSR activities undertaken, including the name of the NGO, agency, or institution, topics covered, duration of training, and the number of participants impacted.
    • Photographic evidence, correspondence with organizations, and testimonials from beneficiaries or associated institutions.

This award highlights the importance of innovation in advancing the field and acknowledges those who have demonstrated outstanding creativity and ingenuity.

Eligibility for Nomination:
  1. Certified Membership:
    • Nominees must be certified members of IMPA.
  2. Areas of Innovation:
    • Technical Application:
      • Innovating in the practical application of technical concepts within Image Management.
    • Client Consultation and Service Delivery:
      • Developing new processes or methods in client consultations or service delivery that enhance client experience and satisfaction.
    • Public Awareness
      • Implementing creative strategies to raise public awareness about the Image Management industry.
    • Cross-Industry Application
      • Applying Image Management principles to new or unique fields and industries.
    • Corporate Services
      • Introducing innovative services for corporate clients that gain significant recognition and acclaim
    • Unique Contributions
      • Any other unique innovation that benefits people or image consultants through Image Management or Soft Skills.

Details to be Submitted:
  • Project Documentation:
    • A comprehensive Word or PowerPoint document outlining the innovative project, detailing its nature, implementation, and the positive impact on clients, the public, or the Image Management fraternity. This should include how the innovation has increased productivity or set a new standard in the field.
  • Proof of Innovation:
    • Supporting materials such as photographs, project reports, flowcharts, agreements, contracts, client emails, and testimonials to validate the innovation and its effectiveness.

IMPA Best Chapter Award – Metro & Non-Metro

The IMPA Best Chapter Award recognizes chapters that have excelled in fulfilling their responsibilities, meeting performance parameters, and significantly contributing to the growth and development of their members and the association as a whole. This award is presented separately for Metro and Non-Metro chapters, acknowledging the unique challenges and achievements of each.

Eligibility for Nomination:
  1. Performance Excellence:
    • The Chapter Board must meet all performance parameters as outlined in the Chapter Leadership Criteria (CLC) Chart. These parameters include activities that enhance the chapter's functionality, member engagement, and overall contribution to IMPA.
  2. Chapter Board Recognition
    • The award is presented to the Chapter Board, specifically recognizing the leadership of the Chapter President and Secretary.

Performance Evaluation:
  1. Chapter Activity Points (CAPS)
    • Chapters are evaluated based on a system of Chapter Activity Points (CAPS), which are awarded for achieving specific performance criteria. The CAPS system ensures a fair and comprehensive assessment of each chapter's activities and initiatives.
  2. Performance Parameters:
    • The performance parameters, detailed in the CLC Chart, include metrics such as:
      • Member Engagement
        • Organizing events, workshops, and meetings that foster member involvement and professional development.
      • Growth Initiatives
        • Efforts to increase chapter membership through renewals and promoting and encouraging to non-membersjoin and participate.
      • Community Contributions
        • Activities that enhance the public image of IMPA and contribute to community welfare.
      • Operational Excellence
        • Efficient management of chapter operations and adherence to IMPA's standards and guidelines.
    • Client Consultation and Service Delivery:
      • Developing new processes or methods in client consultations or service delivery that enhance client experience and satisfaction.
    • Final Evaluation
      • The total CAPS earned by each chapter are calculated, and the chapters with the highest points in both the Metro and Non-Metro categories are awarded the IMPA Best Chapter Award

Note: Board reserves discretionary points of 10 to be allotted to any chapter based on their inspirational and/or exemplary performance in any specific area.
