Sessions for Aayom Welfare Society

IMPA Delhi Chapter collaborated with Aayom Welfare Society to curate and conduct a series of sessions on Soft Skills for the volunteers associated with the NGO. 

Aayom Welfare Society is an NGO formulated in 2006, which works extensively in the Rural & Urban areas to help & support lesser fortunate citizens of the society in leading a better and healthier life. They aim to facilitate a society which is free of socio-economic inequalities, where everyone has access to the basic & essential elements of Life.

IMPA Members - Kakshi Raval, Pooja Raghuvanshi, Anjali Basra, Kaniika Singal, Ekta Sidana, Tina Singh Walia, Kanica Tyagi and Kanika Kochar, Trisha Jain, Soumya Tiwari, Shruti Singhal, Rekha Gairola, Surbhi Sarwarkar, Ramanjeet Kaur, Surya Singh, Akriti Srivastav, Dr. Preeyaa Aroraa, Tanya Garg, Renuka Rajagopalan, Charu Jhulka Nath conducted sessions on Customer Service, Communication Skills, Decision Making, Organisational Skills, Goal Setting, Team Building, Handling Sexual Harassment and Abuse, Say No to Drugs, Time Management and Social Media Utility and Dangers respectively.

These sessions were highly appreciated by Aayom volunteers and also provided our Delhi Chapter members with an opportunity to large scale IMPAct even in the rural areas.
