Maid in Heaven - Bangalore Chapter
IMPA Bangalore Chapter organised a Maid in Heaven session for the house help at a gated society.
It was an interactive session with activities, practical demonstrations, quizzes, and using a variety of props & resources. The participants felt empowered with the knowledge and confident in their area of work.
Amazingly conducted by IMPA Member Supriya Balaram in Hindi and Chapter President Neelu GS in Kannada, Hindi and Telugu. The session was backed and supported by Dipika Varlani - Chapter Secretary and was well received and appreciated by the participants. All the participants received a small token to enhance their grooming & appear well presented at all times.
'Maid in Heaven' is a one-of-a-kind CSR Initiative created by Image Management Professionals' Association. The objectives of Maid in Heaven initiative are:
- To impart and upskill participants to finer aspects of basic housekeeping, grooming, manners, and communication
- To empower participants to earn better avenues with knowledge & inputs given
