On 27th February 2022, IMPA Pune Chapter organized a session on Sketching Profiles - A Client Retention Roadmap. The session was curated and conducted by IMPA Pune Chapter Secretary - Ms. Sherin Mathew. The session focused on creating client proposals, ways to enhance customer stickiness and the key principles for customer retention - socialization, appreciation and personalization.

The session was attended by 25 participants pan - India. The session was very engaging & interactive with use of tech tools and well received much appreciated by all participants.
