On 30 April 2021 Mumbai Chapter organised a session on ‘Lead Self to Lead Others’ which was an introspective session. The participants were immersed with the speaker Ms. Poonam Sood as they went through to begin to find their own answers to ‘Who am I’, ‘Who do I want to be’ and ‘how could I begin to become that’. It was a reflective journey done differently with bare minimum ppt’s. The session was completely experiential and was based on journaling, open forum discussions, chat box interactions, and various types of break-out room combinations along with some soulful music.
