Mehernosh is a young professional offering hospitality, aviation and management experience, coupled with training expertise acquired from hands on work. He graduated from the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration. Post his graduation, he started his career with The Park group of hotels as a Duty Manager of a five-star hotel in Chennai and then further pursued a career in aviation with India’s Premier Airline Jet Airways. In Jet Airways, Mehernosh worked as a Cabin Crew on Domestic and International routes for over five years and then joined the Flight Training Department as a DGCA certified Human Factors Trainer, training Pilots and Cabin Crew on the non-technical aspects of flying. His experience in training individuals and groups at all levels of the management is empowered by his versatility in training styles. He is looking to develop further in a formal role as a Trainer and Image Consultant by being committed and self-motivated, accepting the challenges of life.

Meghna Soni brings a rich blend of professional expertise with her extensive career experience of more than 15 years traversing diverse fields, from being a creative head in leading advertising agency to heading teams in international trade, to being an Assistant General Manager in Automobiles to conducting various organizational training modules in MNCs, she has it all under her hood. She has also been titled as Miss Vadodara as well as Miss Gujarat, and has honoured many such beauty pageants as a judge and have mentored many aspirants. She is an empanelled trainer for Life Skills and Employability skills with Gujarat Government for Knowledge Consortium of Gujarat and have imparted training all over Gujarat for 1000+ hours. She is also affiliated with International Institute of Aviation and Hotel Management as a Personality Development Coach. Her love for kids has also got her associated with some renowned schools for kids and parenting workshops. The CSR training projects which she did for the underprivileged kids is the one closest to her heart. The amalgamation of her creative qualification and her marketing and sales work experience along with her passion of transforming lives have helped her carve a niche in her current profession as an Image Consultant and Soft Skill trainer. As her life mission is to enhance and empower as many lives as possible, as she believes that Life is truly measured with what kind of impact we leave on the society, on how many lives we touch positively.
