Since the last 2 years as a Founder, Chief Image Consultant and Soft Skills trainer for Vow for Wow, Nikita has been guiding individuals to assess, transform and excel their image inside out. Considering the importance of an individual’s time & corporate productivity, her motive is to conduct short sessions/trainings of 2-3 hrs and at the same time ensure that her participants walk out of her sessions with a thinking cap & fruitful learning outcome. Merging both her profession as well as experience, ‘Vow for Wow Image Management & Training Solutions’ is a product of Nikita’s 14 years of corporate (Telecom- Vodafone Cellular Ltd., TATA group, BPL Mobile) experience in the field of customer service along with an educational background in Fashion Technology, S.N.D.T. & Textile Designing, Nirmala Niketan in Mumbai. Adding to this, she’s an Arts Graduate from the Mumbai University with majors in Sociology, which also helps her in gauging today’s social expectations and to come up with latest techniques of grooming upscale personalities. Having conducted an open etiquette workshop for kids as well as sessions on Image Management and Soft Skills for corporates such as Vodafone Cellular Ltd., Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd. and Birla Sunlife Insurance, she also believes in giving it back to the society through her initiative ‘Aks’ wherein she conducts image and career counselling sessions for teens at NGOs. As rightly said by Paul Arden, “How you perceive yourself is how others will see you.” With this thought and by being strong, unique & creative in all aspects of her life; as an Image Consultant she feels it’s time to make others believe in themselves too!

With over two decades of life experience, education background in Health Sciences, and global exposure, Pallavi Bengeri is dedicated to helping people in their transformational journey. She believes in leading by example and has inspired young and old through her self-transformation. A homemaker turned entrepreneur, she is also a role model to many women who want to establish their unique identities. She is a Certified Image Consultant, NLP Practitioner and Life coach and the Founder of TNY-Image Consulting. As the principal consultant of TNY-Image Consulting, she helps her clients to build a positive self-image, overcome limiting beliefs and create a brand of their own. Her clients achieve holistic transformations through her unique and systematic approach. In her 2+ years of experience as an Image consultant, she has completed many assignments for image makeovers, voice coaching, life coaching and personal shopping. She has also conducted training sessions both offline and online to nearly 100+ participants on Image management, personal branding, and self-transformation. An enthusiastic and aspiring distinguished toastmaster herself, she mentors her clients on self-confidence, public speaking & leadership skills. As quoted by Louise Hay, “Every thought we think is creating our future.” She strongly believes and advocates that whatever the mind can conceive, it can achieve.

Pooja has an experience of 5 years working in the IT corporate industry. She has quit her job to pursue her passion of becoming an Image consultant and soft skills trainer. She also has her own brand called Elevate 'U' Studio where she works with colleges & corporates in training and consulting them on Image management and soft skills. Along with this she also works with an NGO in helping students to be corporate ready. Pooja loves training and transforming people, helping them to upskill and be a better version of themselves. She truly believes that Image management is a life skill that everyone should be aware of and apply in their lives.
