Kavita is a Certified Soft Skills Trainer and a Certified Image Consultant. She is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, who brings nearly two decades of corporate experience as a Finance Professional, specialising in Banking and Financial Services. Her diverse background in Finance includes expertise in Auditing, Accounting (US and Indian GAAP), Regulatory Reporting, Tax, Risk & Control, and Process Re-Engineering. During her tenure as a Finance Professional, she was associated with Citibank in India and Asia, and S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP, a member firm of Ernst & Young. Appreciating the critical role of Soft Skills through her own professional Journey, she is now on a Mission to Empower others to Bridge the Gap between Technical Expertise and Soft Skills for Holistic Professional Success. Kavita now integrates her experience in Finance with her expertise as a Soft Skills Trainer and Image Consultant, creating a Unique Approach which can help Professionals excel beyond their Technical Mastery by integrating the Essential Soft Skills like Leadership, Communication, Executive Presence. She has co-founded and is the Joint Managing Partner at Retinue Advisory, a Business Advisory, Consulting, and a Training Firm. Retinue Advisory aims to Serve its Clients via a Triad of “Consult, Coach and Care”, as these together form an essential combined unit in creating Holistic Value, resulting in a Successful and Wholesome Experience, thus bringing Fulfilment to its Clients. The Partners at the Firm associate themselves in the Client's Journey and provide the necessary Guidance, Support, and Care for them to be Successful! In addition to her Advisory and Consulting assignments in the Banking and Finance domain, Kavita also conducts Soft Skill Trainings for Corporates and associates with Individuals as their Image Consultant. She is also an Empanelled Trainer with Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where she delivers Soft Skills training to students as part of their curriculum. Kavita's personal interests include Travel, Fitness, Arts & Crafts, and living a Life with a Spiritual Purpose. She believes that with the necessary Efforts, Dedication, Patience, Perseverance, and blessings of Grace, anything can be achieved.

Pooja has an experience of 5 years working in the IT corporate industry. She has quit her job to pursue her passion of becoming an Image consultant and soft skills trainer. She also has her own brand called Elevate 'U' Studio where she works with colleges & corporates in training and consulting them on Image management and soft skills. Along with this she also works with an NGO in helping students to be corporate ready. Pooja loves training and transforming people, helping them to upskill and be a better version of themselves. She truly believes that Image management is a life skill that everyone should be aware of and apply in their lives.

Ms. Kalyani Joshi has BSc and MSc degree in Clinical Psychology from Amity University, Mumbai and CMR University, Bangalore, respectively. She is a Silver Medalist in her MSc Clinical Psychology degree. 
Since completing her Post Graduation in the year 2021, she has opened her own practice where she takes therapy and counselling sessions, workshops on mental health awareness and related topics, and has led numerous mental health projects across India. She is also an advocate for LGBTQIA+ rights, which she inculcates in her mental health practice while working with various marginalized communities. In addition, she has worked with an Edu-Tech firm, where she was in charge of National - Sales and Marketing.  She is currently completing her certification courses in Soft Skills Training and Image Consulting under Image Consulting Business Institute (ICBI). She is looking forward to integrating all the three fields and creating a niche for herself. She strongly believes in mental and physical well-being, and that one’s image is a reflection of it. She strives to promote this wholistic belief in others by “Practising what she preaches”. Creating a non-judgemental, compassionate, accepting, and confidential space for everyone she comes across is what she carries close to her heart. “Change starts with you”, has been her motto since her teenage years, and that is what she envisions for everyone.
