Her clients vary from being shy teenagers to young adults, homemakers and teachers. She loves creating trousseaus for brides and allowing them to begin their new life with immense confidence. Falguni has been awarded the prestigious Dr Sarojini Naidu International Award for Women 2020 and has been featured as one of the most promising Image Consultant by Consultants Review Magazine. Her signature workshops are Dress for Success, Emotional Intelligence for Teachers are a few that allow her to connect with her audience and truly play a role in transforming their lives. Her focus is on the importance of Personal Appearance, Behaviour and Communication Skills for everyone, be it an individual or a professional.

She has a career spanning for more than 2 decades in education and training across schools and institutes. Her journey in the field is an attestation to her commitment for excellence. As a senior teacher of language and social, she has guided future generations. Beyond the confines of classroom her passion for holistic development and communication skills has transformed over 500 students and professionals. Her sessions on personality development have equipped them with the tools needed to thrive in today's dynamic world to cultivate confidence, poise, and resilience. Being certified as an IELTS and Language Trainer, she has empowered 853 working and aspiring professionals to excel in linguistic pursuits.  Throughout her career, she has held and lead responsible positions as a coordinator, division head, examination in-charge, staff secretary along with being an active member of NWWA Beyond the professional acumen, she has a flair for writing and cherishes interests in history and sociology with narratives of curiosity to explore beyond. The experience through years into Education and Training, motivated her to get certified in Image and Soft Skills, with this she is delighted to propel her passion towards making a difference in the society as a whole.
