Her approach towards personal branding is to socially enhance your image to be more noticeable with your colleagues, friends and partners. She helps people connect with their passion, purpose and profit by creating their own identity and achieving financial freedom with their authentic personal brand. She helps her clients look, feel and be the most confident and best version of themselves and create a life they truly love. Her mission is to empower women to become the best version of themselves.

Shilpa Reddy is a certified Soft Skills Coach and finished her business training in Image Management from ICBI. A decade in the corporate industry helped her gain valuable insights on business and market trends which made her successful soft skills coach for corporates. A Master’s degree in International Business and Entrepreneurship taught her how to nurture start-ups and new divisions within established organizations. She is also the Project Head for one of the biggest event initiatives in India in the AVGC space. Most of her career accomplishments were possible by being innovative to provide better client experience and leveraging data to capitalize opportunities. Being a compassionate capitalist helped her learn and bring in more business. She believes that we are only as good as our people. Training them well about the core values, leading them from the front, working along with them, not hesitating to have fun and being accountable for the results is how she managed to achieve the best outcomes possible for the organisation. She strongly believes that success is growing where we are, making a difference to whom we work for and with, and outperform yourself every day.

Fennella Waters is an aspiring soft skills trainer and image consultant. She possesses a unique blend of knowledge and combined experience of being an educationist and a soft skills Trainer. Her experience working with schools gave her opportunities to assume roles of parent-relationship manager, activity coordinator and teacher. She also has worked on content creation for the school brochures, magazine & website etc. Her working experience also includes working as a corporate process trainer & communications trainer for banking & insurance processes in an MNC. She has a passion for teaching and training which furthers her purpose to have a positive impact on people’s lives. Having the ability and opportunities to help people succeed and lead better lives is what motivates her to pursue a career as an image consultant. She believes nothing could be more satisfying than helping people realize their true potential and develop a spectacular presence.
