Benaisha Kharas – Chapter President   Benaisha Kharas is an Image Enhancer, Mental Health & Inspirational Speaker, and Fashion Style Expert. She is passionate about helping her clients project an influential, charismatic, and stylish image in their personal and professional lives. She is the absolute expert in the art and science of personal style and image management. In fact, she is the “go-to Image Builder” for women, young adults, corporates, and fashion houses. At IMPA (Image Management Professionals Association), Benaisha is the only youngest senior Image Consultant to facilitate expert classes across India. Fashion Magnet Anita Dongre highly endorses Benaisha’s expertise and has got her entire sales staff sell fashion and luxury, ‘The Benaisha Way’. She is India’s youngest internationally certified Image Consultant since 2012, and a three-time winner of the Global Excellence Leadership award by IMPA. Benaisha has inspired and trained more than 5000+ people to be Style, Image, and Fashion conscious. She has provided personal consulting to more than 300 HNI clients across the United States, the UAE and India to present themselves with more poise and polish. She graduated with double majors in sociology and entrepreneurship. After receiving a standing ovation for her Tedx Talk, she again inspired thousands at ‘Kaggaz’ a forum for the youth and shared her vision of India’s Young Image. Education Times invited Benaisha to speak and motivate their audience on image and career. Gulf Times has appreciated her work done with Qatar Airways and Indian Women’s Association of Doha. Benaisha also made her presence felt on India’s first Image Management TV show ‘Image Banani Hein’ on Zoom TV. Benaisha helps her clients on color, style, wardrobe editing, personal shopping and dressing for those tricky events like weddings, interviews and dating. She also advises fashion houses on creating delightful customer experiences, artistically sell fashion and luxury, and effortlessly convert walk-ins into shoppers. Benaisha, an avid lover of books, travel, and fashion; lives in Mumbai India. Travels often to the Middle East for work and consults clients globally.

Shivali Verma is an educator based out in Dubai. She has vast experience of over a decade in managing children and training teachers. Her background in Management and Teacher Training informs her about the vacuum for soft skills and image management in the education industry. Shivali is fueled by her passion for understanding the nuances of sustainable image strategies and training. She considers herself a "forever student," eager to both build on her academic foundations in education and formulates strategies to arrive at the client's desired image. Shivali's hunger for knowledge and determination to turn information into action has contributed to her success at being a Professional Learning and development leader in the GEMS group of schools where she trained teachers to improve their productivity in teaching and bring professionalism to the field. Shivali went ahead and completed her CELTA from the UK to enhance her teaching skills and add value to the organization.  Shivali believes in helping individuals find their identities to build a happy and successful society of tomorrow. She has made her passion her profession. She lives out her interests in styling and yoga. Shivali is currently working as a freelance educator in Dubai and is always interested and looking out for challenging roles.  

She is a Finance graduate from Mount Carmel College Bengaluru, India. She has been in the UAE for over 11 years from now. She has worked with various organisations such as BLS International passport services for the Consulate General of India Dubai , Also worked as an insurance professional with Orient insurance Al Futtaim , She was an Admin and technical support  with a leading brand in Lighting projects in the UAE .She is an enthusiastic,  hard working, Self- motivated person and a home maker with two daughters and wishes to inspire them by stepping in the Image industry and be able to achieve her goals.
