Session on Grooming & Personality Development for Employees of Kotak Education Foundation, Deonar Centre
As part of the ongoing collaboration between the IMPA Mumbai Chapter and the Kotak Education Foundation, our committed IMPA Member, Renuka, recently conducted an engaging session focused on Grooming and Personality Development. The session, attended by 34 employees of Kotak Education Foundation, was packed with practical activities.
Highlights of the session included:
- Grounding Exercise - Helping participants center themselves and create a strong foundation for the session.
- Handshake Activity -Guiding participants on how to make a positive first impression with handshakes
- Body Language and Oculesics Demonstration - Showcasing the power of eye contact and non-verbal communication in conveying confidence and approachability.
