IMPA Mumbai Chapter collaborated with Kotak Foundation to conduct an offline training session for the teachers of Kotak Education Foundation.
The session focussed on Emotional Intelligence and Empathy for teachers, the importance of being intelligently emotional while dealing with children to understand their needs, benefits of active listening and letting go of perfection.
The session was attended by 17 participants and very well received. The session was facilitated by IMPA Mumbai Members Ms. Falguni Shrimanker and Ms. Nehal Vasavada.
