The Mumbai Chapter collaborated with Kotak Education Foundation’s Unnati Program. The Unnati Program helps school and college dropouts acquire the necessary skills to gain employment.
Vinath Hegde, an IMPA Mumbai Member, designed and led the session on Customer Service for ten dedicated students. The students, aged 19 to 22, had dropped out after completing 12th grade and faced challenges in continuing their education.
The session highlighted the importance of customer service, techniques for handling customers, and strategies to enhance customer experience through interactive activities and role play.
