Title: Bridging the gap between Teachers and Students for the Umang Teachers (Kotak Education Foundation)

We are super excited to announce a successful collaboration between IMPA Mumbai and the Kotak Education Foundation to enhance the educational experience for teachers and students alike.

Nishi Shukla, Mumbai Chapter Secretary, led the first session, Bridging the Gap between Teachers and Students, for an audience of 30 dedicated educators and addressed the challenges and opportunities in the teacher-student dynamic.

The session explored the role of nonverbal communication in nurturing strong connections between teachers and students. Nishi highlighted the importance of self-awareness, adaptability, and genuine empathy in mastering this art. Understanding the student's body language and effectively using non-verbal communication can foster a positive learning environment and contribute towards classroom management.

Structured to engage participants, provide valuable insights, and equip them with practical strategies, the session aimed to bridge the gap between teachers and students. Ultimately, the goal was to enhance the overall classroom learning experience.

Kudos to Team Mumbai for forging a meaningful partnership and delivering IMPActful sessions!
