The session began by introducing Ms Winky Singh and then Renu Mehra took the IC’s through 12 guidelines on how to help a bride choose wedding outfits as per body shape, proportions, textures and colours( since the store is focused on bridal finery).

This was followed by a quiz round and open questionnaire based on the theory of lines and shape. Winky took a session on different embroideries used for wedding outfits and how to recognise the difference between hand and machine embroideries. The current embroidery trends were also discussed. It was an interactive session with some brilliant questions from the participants.

Rashma Singh, from London school of fashion, made a presentation of different brides with different body shapes and the styles chosen for them. It was very informative and the fact that this was amidst many such dresses in the show room, made the understanding even better.

The COMMERCIAL ALLIANCE with Ministry of Design was announced. Each of the participating consultants were entitled to a 15% DISCOUT for themselves and any clients they got. The 15% would be given to them as a COMMISION benefit. The students and consultants were very excited about this alliance.
