The session started with sharing inputs regarding the current social media trends and future trends. “If a customer is unhappy with us in the physical world, he might share his unhappiness with 6 other friends, but If a customer is unhappy with us in the digital world, he might share his unhappiness with 6000 other friends.” He spoke about how does people search you, in other words how to be “On Search”. He mentioned how Chatbot is making its importance in today’s digital world. We learned about automated YouTube channel or the personalized websites (personalized to customers). He shared his thoughts over the Visual search such as: • Pinterest • Google Lens He spoke about GMB (Google My Business) listing and how it allows your business information to appear before the first search result when potential customers are searching for your products or services within a certain area.He gave his insights on how to rank higher on Google.At the end of the session, he clarified the doubts of the participants. After conducting this session, we got a whole new insight on how to do more of such webinars and also cross-chapter knowledge sharing.
