Under the leadership and guidance of Renu Mehra( Delhi chapter President) & Ankit Mehra (Delhi Chapter Secretary), 23 IMPA members took a virtual session on the topic “Communication- Key to effective Parenting” on 9th May 2020. Every member was constantly guided by the President & Secretary after creating a ppt from the ideas put forth by the members themselves. They were taken through every slide, how and what to say, how to open their session, how to keep a check on time, answers were given for FAQ’s and one on one time slots were given for any extra queries. Each one performed brilliantly and we clocked 269 paid entries for the Virtual Soft skill retreat…..the first of its kind in any IMPA Chapter.
