IMPA Chandigarh in collaboration with Gurgaon Chapter conducted an event on 31st May 2021 on ‘Fabtelligence – Know your Fabrics’ which was well received by participants. It was informative, insightful and gripping for all the participants. The speaker Ms. Rashmi Khurana shared her expertise about Fabrics and opened the session by explaining the journey from Fibre to Fabric. Participants were explained types of Fibre, fabrics and weaves. The audience was also educated on the difference between woven and knitted Fabrics. The Speaker described everything about Static Energy and how to deal with it. The highlight of the session was when the speaker invited another industry expert Ms. Chitra to explain about trend forecasting, mood boards and colors of the years (current and upcoming). Lastly, the session was interactive and questions from participants were relevant and were well answered by Chitra and Rashmi.
