The session was well received and appreciated by all especially sections on how to deal with different styles eg: it is better to communicate and follow up with blue style through email / written communication and with yellow styles by calling / meeting over coffee. Almost all the participants appreciated the fact that Rinnku was very knowledgeable and answered all queries patiently. In general, the participants were very happy with the event.
