Neelu is an ICBI certified Image Consultant & Soft Skills Coach, Transformational Coach, Makeover Specialist, and a proud Toastmaster, with a decade of experience working with diverse clients, including running her own business as a Beautician and Professional Makeup Artist. She is an Engineer by academic qualifications.  She is a mother of two little munchkins and loves to dance, play chess, read books, listen to songs and cook. Her favourite sports are swimming, badminton and throwball. Meditation is a part of her life since childhood, and she meditates regularly. She is passionate about inspiring people and empowering lives and believes life is about learning, enhancing, and transforming.

Founder of Charisma – Rebuild Your Image. Manisha is an Appearance Coach, a Certified Image Consultant, and an aspiring Soft Skills Trainer. She also holds a postgraduate degree in Public Relations from Pune. She has worked in the media industry for 3+ years. She rediscovered and polished her inner strengths with Image Consulting. She aims to help individuals, especially mothers to build and create a positive and impactful first impression that can open the door to many opportunities.  She does this by enhancing their appearance which is not only external but in congruence with their inner Image as well. This helps each individual to be charismatic in their unique way and conducts workshops for mothers to enhance their Image and create an impact on all occasions of their life.
